Mislim da zasluzeno nosi ovo ime.
Njezni biskvit koji se savrseno spojio sa vanilla kremom i slag kremom koju sam pomjesala sa bijelom cokoladom i mascarponeom.
Bjelanjke nisam koristila koji su mi ostali od vanilla kreme.
A vi ih mozete koristiti umjesto slaga ili ih iskoristiti za puslice ili mozda pavlovu.
Pekla sam jedan biskvit u limu velicine
38 × 30 cm prerezala po sredini i dobila 2 uza biskvita.
Najprije pripremite vanill kremu da se hladi dok pripremate biskvit.
Poztrebni sastojci za biskvit:
6 jaja
200 gr secera
1 vanilin secer
50 ml suncokretovog ulja
15 ml tople vode
130 gr brasna
15 gr kakao
1/2 praska za pecivo
Potrebni sastojci za vanilla kremu:
200 ml mlijeka
4 zumanjka
70 gr secera
1 vanillin secer
30 gr gustina
2 zlice vanill paste
220 gr margarina sobne temp.
Potrebni sastojci za slag kremu:
250 gr mascarpone
100 gr bijele cokokade ( Lindt )
2 slag pjene ili 300 ml vrhnja za zlag
1 slag fix
Priprema biskvita:
Bjelanjke odvojiti od zumanjaka i izmiksati ih u cvrsti snijeg.

Lim par puta lupiti od tupi predmet da mjehurici nestanu iz biskvita.
Peci u zagrijanoj pecnici na 165 °C oko 20 min.
Biskvit ohladiti i prerezati po sredini lima da dobijete 2 manja biskvita.

Biskvit premazati sa slag kremom i po zelji dekorirati.
Ja sam kolac stavila u hladnjak da se krema malo stegne i prelila preko cokoladni ganach.
Kolac bajbolje preko noci drzati u hladnjaku.
A onda uzivati u degustaciji.
Priprema vanill kreme:
Zumanjke pomjesati sa secerom , gustinom i mlijekom.
Sve staviti na nisku temperatiru ili na paru kuhati.
Mjesati par minuta da dobijete gustu kremu.
Kremu skloniti sa vatre i dodati vanill pastu.

Ne smijete ga premiksati jer ce vam pasti volumen.
