Iako ne spada u listu mojih omiljenih torti ponekad je znam napraviti.
Radila sam je vec u velikom limu kao kolac a ovaj put sam pekla 4 kore posebno u kalupu od 24 cm.
Priprema nije komplicirana ali ipak morate odvojiti najmanje 3 sata za njenu pripremu.
Potrebni sastojci:
4 jaja
60 gr secera
15 gr brasna
100 gr mljevrnih oraha
1/2 male zlice praska za pecivo
Krema:
16 zumanjaca
180 gr secera
200 gr cokolade ( Lindt 60% kakao )
250 gr margarina ( Lindt )
100 gr secera u prahu
Priprema biskvita:
Bjelanjke odvojiti od zumanjaka.
Miksati ih uz lagano dodavanje secera dok ne dobijete cvrsti snijeg.
U cvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka kroz sito dodati brasno pomjesano sa mrvicom praska za pecivo.
Promjesati.
Dodati i mljevene orahe.

Pjenastu smjesu izliti u kalup velicine 24 cm koji je oblozen papirom za pecenje , premazan butterom i pobrasnjen.

Peci u zagrijanoj pecnici na 180 °C 15 - 20 min.
Topao biskvit oprezno odvojiti od kalupa i staviti da se hladi.

Postupak ponoviti jos 3 puta.
Na kraju dobijete 4 bisvita.

Ja sam rubove biskvita odrezala tako da je moja torta na kraju imala velicinu od 22 cm.
Priprema kreme:
Zumanjke i secer pjenasto izmiksati.

Staviti na pari da lagano kuha oko 12 minuta uz stalno mjesanje.

Zatim dodati 200 gr cokolade koju ste usitnili.
Mjesati jos oko 5 minuta da se cokokada istopi i sjedini sa kremom.

Kremu skloniti sa vatre i ohladiti.
U cistoj posudi butter ili margarin lagano sa secerom izmiksati.
