Predivan a ipak vrlo jednostavan cokoladni kolac koji ce oduseviti sve ljubitelje cokoladnih slastica.
Priprema je vrlo jednostavna.
Radi se jedan cokoladni biskvit u limu velicine 30 × 40 cm , prereze na tri uza biskvita tako da dobijete tri uza biskvita.
Priprema kreme i vise nego jednostavna.
Sastojci se samo izmiksaju i premazu preko biskvita.
Potrebni sastojci za biskvit:
6 jaja
150 gr secera
1 vanillin secer
1/2 praska za pecivo
150 gr brasna
25 gr kakao
60 ml ulja
60 ml mlijeka
Potrebni sastojci za kremu:
200 gr buttera
100 gr secera u prahu
10 gr kakao
100 gr tamne cokolade ( 60 % kakao )
40 ml tekuceg hladno slatkog vrhnja sa najmanje 33% m.m
Priprema biskvita:
Svi sastojci za pripremu biskvita trebaju biti sobne temperature.
6 cijelih jaja pomjesati sa vanillin secerom i secerom.

Smjesu staviti na paru i miksati nekih 3 do 4 minute.
Ako imate termometar trebate dobiti 38 st temperaturu.

Ako ne to je otprilike nekih 3 minute.
Zatim posudu skloniti sa pare i miksati jos nekih par minuta ( 5 - 6 min. ) dok ne dobijete pjenasti smjesu.

U posebnoj posudi pomjesati brasno sa praskom za pecivom i kakaom.
Lagano kroz sito dodavati u pjenasu smjesu.
