Obavezno koristiti hladne riegel jer se lakse samelju.
Potrebni sastojci:
16 riegel cokoladnih kinder bueno
( 1 bueno riegel 21,5 gr )
80 gr mascarpone
60 gr mljevenog keksa
Potrebno jos za glazuru:
120 gr cokolade Lindt 60 % kakao
Cokoladu istopiti na pari
Priprema:
Cokoladni bueno samljeti u jednolicnu smjesu.

Sve promjesati u jednolicnu smjesu i ostaviti oko pola sata da se smjesa malo ohladi i stegne.
Rucno oblikovati male praline.
Ja sam ih radila od 10 gr.i dobila 43 praline.
